Tino Sunseri (born December 21, 1988) is a Canadian football quarterback for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League. He was signed by the Roughriders in 2013.[1] He played college football at Pittsburgh.

His father, Sal Sunseri, is a coach for the Florida State Seminoles football team and his younger brother, Vinnie Sunseri, plays professional football for the New Orleans Saints.[2]

Sunseri holds the all-time professional football (NFL and CFL) record for the most two-point converts scored in a single game, at three, for six points in total (one short of the all-time team record of four scored by the St. Louis Rams during their game with the Atlanta Falcons on Oct. 15, 2000); all done consecutively (via passing), in a come from behind 31-24 loss to the Calgary Stampeders on Oct. 3, 2014. Three two-point conversions in a single game by one team is an all-time CFL record.
