Tiffany Foxx (born in St.Louis, MO) is an American hip-hop artist signed to rapper Lil' Kim under the label International Rock Star Records.[3] Foxx has worked with Akon, Lil' Kim, Nelly, and Snoop Dogg among others.

Career[edit]

2010-11: June 5th[edit]

June 5th was a female rap group from St. Louis, Missouri [4] formed in 2010 signed under Mizay Entertainment [4] that included artists, Tiffany Foxx, Scar Ladon, and Brooke Holladay. The group came about when all three girls met on June 5, 2010. Tiffany stated “When we first came together we met because we were all in the business, So we joined forces on June 5th and became the group June 5th.” [4] On March 24, 2010, June 5 released their first mixtape called, HERstory.[5]

2012-Present[edit]

In 2012 Rapper Lil' Kim signed Tiffany Foxx to her label, International Rock Star Records.[3] Together, the two have released two songs, "Twisted" and "Jay-Z," both of which have accompanying music videos.[6] On October 15, 2013 Tiffany Foxx appeared on the BET Hip Hop Awards BET cypher. On Christmas Day, Foxx revealed artwork for her upcoming mixtape titled "King Foxx" which is set to be released on Valentine's Day.[7]

Foxx has stated that artists who have influenced her musical style include Lauryn Hill, Queen Latifah, Lil Kim, Eminem and Adele as being her irreplaceable musical influences.[8] The Notorious B.I.G, Jay Z and Tupac have also been noted by Foxx as influences.[3]
