Sonya Eddy (born on June 17, 1967)[1] is an American actress. She majored in Theatre and Dance at UC Davis and received her B.A. in 1992. Eddy is a licensed vocational nurse (LVN).

Career[edit]

Eddy’s character on General Hospital, RN Epiphany Johnson, is a no-nonsense, knowledgeable, experienced, and slightly dominant nurse who keeps the rest of her co-workers in line. In 2007, Eddy became an original cast member of the General Hospital prime-time spin-off General Hospital: Night Shift while maintaining her day job on GH. In August 2007, Eddy was signed to a contract with GH.[2]
