Scott McGillivray (born April 7, 1978) is a Canadian carpenter, real estate investor and television host.

McGillivray is the host and Executive producer of Income Property, a home renovation show on Home & Garden Television (HGTV).[1] The show went from a half hour to an hour in 2013. He is a co-presenter on HGTV's show All American Handyman with Mike Holmes and a judge on the HGTV show Canada's Handyman Challenge along with Mike Holmes and Bryan Baeumler.[2]

McGillivray is a trained carpenter and could previously be seen on From The Ground Up with Debbie Travis. He attended University of Guelph and received an honours degree in Marketing Management.

Personal Life[edit source | edit]

His wife Sabrina is an elementary school teacher in Woodbridge, Ontario. They were married in 2009 and live in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.[3] On January 24th, 2012, they welcomed their 6lbs 1oz daughter, Myah.

Scott has recently started his own live speaking events titled "Creating Wealth Through Real Estate". His goal is to educate as many people as possible about real estate investing.
