Ricki Noel Lander is an American dancer and actress.

Early life and education[edit]

Lander grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah.[1] As a child, she was active in dance, musical theater, and acting. When she was fifteen, she moved to Los Angeles, California and trained with the Los Angeles Classical Ballet and later toured Japan as a dancer.[1] She graduated Cum Laude with honors with Academic and Artistic scholarships from Florida International University in Miami with a Bachelors of the Arts in Dance.[1]

She later studied at Mike Nichols' New Actor’s Workshop in New York City and at Uta Hagen’s HB Studios also in New York City.[1]

Filmography[edit]

She has appeared in the television shows CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Ugly Betty, Dirt and Prison Break. In 2011, she appeared in the fourth season of the TV series True Blood.[2] Most recently she completed an episode of CBS series "Unforgettable" and is currently slated to guest star on the season 5 opener of "Blue Bloods".[3]

In 2008, she appeared in her first motion picture, the film Iron Man alongside Robert Downey Jr.[1]

Later in 2008, she starred as the lead character in The Harsh Life of Veronica Lambert (also known as 5 Nights in Hollywood) with Ed O'Ross, Bart Johnson, and Elena Satine.[1][4] In 2013, she appeared in the American anthology black comedy film Movie 43.[5]

She currently serves as a correspondent for the exploration series "The Travel Detective".[3]

She recently completed the PBS Documentary series "ISRAEL:The Royal Tour" as a Producer and Behind-the-Scenes Correspondent. Filming live in Jerusalem and other various locations throughout Israel alongside Prime Minister Netanyahu.[3]

Fashion career[edit]

While pursuing her acting career, Ricki spent seven successful years under contract with FORD MODELS. Her jobs took her around the country for fashion shoots used in ad campaigns such as: Benefit Cosmetics, Levi's, Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdales, Target, Next UK, Report Shoes, Nine West and others. Her image and sense of style also showed up in the editorial pages of WWD, Elle Canada, Cosmopolitan, Self, Shape, and Glamour. Her style expertise made her a sought after fashion correspondent for: TODAY SHOW, Extra, Access Hollywood, Much Music (Canada), GMTV (UK), and RTL Boulevard (Netherlands).[3]

Personal life[edit]

Lander is dating the American billionaire and business magnate Robert Kraft, the chairman and CEO of The Kraft Group.[6][7] In July 2012, Kraft assisted Lander in creating an audition video for a role in The Internship, a Vince Vaughn/Owen Wilson film.[8]
