Peter Wight (born 1950), formerly sometimes credited as Peter Wright, is an English actor.

Acting career[edit]

His television credits include: Z-Cars, Meantime, Anna Lee, Life on Mars, Holby City, Where the Heart Is, Early Doors, Midsomer Murders, Monday Monday and Party Animals. He is currently appearing in Hit & Miss as Eddie and The Paradise as Edmund Lovett.

He also appeared in notable films such as Naked, Secrets & Lies, FairyTale: A True Story, Vera Drake, Pride & Prejudice, Babel and All or Nothing. In the 2007 film Hot Fuzz, he appears as pub landlord Roy Porter. He also appeared in the 2012 series Public Enemies.
