Patrick Shawn McQuistan (born April 30, 1983) is an American football offensive tackle free agent of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the seventh round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football for Weber State University.

He has also played for the Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Saints, Arizona Cardinals and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Early years[edit]

McQuistan attended and played high school football at Lebanon High School in Lebanon, Oregon.

College career[edit]

He played college football at Weber State University in Utah, and was drafted in the seventh round (211 overall) by the Cowboys in the 2006 NFL Draft. His twin brother, Paul McQuistan, also played at Weber State and was selected in the third round (67th overall) by the Oakland Raiders.

Professional career[edit]

Dallas Cowboys[edit]

On June 9, 2012 McQuistan was signed by the Dallas Cowboys, reuniting with the team for whom he played 3 seasons. He was cut from the team to make room for the final 53 man final roster on August 30, 2012.[1]

Arizona Cardinals[edit]

McQuistan signed with the Arizona Cardinals on September 3, 2012. He was waived on September 25 and later resigned October 16, 2012.

Jacksonville Jaguars[edit]

McQuistan signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars on August 6, 2013, for whom his brother Paul played for in 2009. He was released on August 30, 2013.

Tennessee Titans[edit]

McQuistan signed with the Tennessee Titans on October 30, 2013.
