Neofaculta infernella is a moth of the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Herrich-Schaffer in 1854. It is found in most of Europe[1] and has also been recorded from North America.[2]

The wingspan is 16–20 mm.[3] In western Europe, adults are on wing from August to May.

The larvae feed on Betula species, Vaccinium myrtillus, Inula helenium, Rhododendron species and Ledum groenlandicum. The species overwinters in the larval stage.
