The Middlesex County Academy for Allied Health and Biomedical Sciences is a four-year comprehensive career academy college preparatory magnet public high school located Woodbridge Township, in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. The school serves students of many diverse cultures from all over Middlesex County.

As of the 2010-11 school year, the school had an enrollment of 165 students and 19.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 8.68:1. There were 21 students (12.7% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 10 (6.1% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.[1]

Schooldigger.com ranked the school as one of 16 schools tied for first out of 381 public high schools statewide in its 2011 rankings (an increase of 256 positions from the 2010 ranking) which were based on the combined percentage of students classified as proficient or above proficient on the language arts literacy (100.0%) and mathematics (100.0%) components of the High School Proficiency Assessment (HSPA).[2]
