Maria Molina is an on-air meteorologist for Fox News Channel, a U.S. television network.[1]

Early life[edit]

Molina was born in Nicaragua and grew up in South Florida.[2]

Molina graduated cum laude from Florida State University in 2008, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in meteorology.[1][3] Molina has also earned the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) designation from the American Meteorological Society (AMS).[1]

Career[edit]

Molina joined Fox News Channel in October 2010.[1] She provides weather updates on many Fox shows and appears regularly on the FOX & Friends morning show.[1]

Prior to Fox News Channel, Molina was a bilingual TV meteorologist for AccuWeather in State College, Pennsylvania, for which she provided weather forecasts in both English and Spanish.[1]

Personal life[edit]

Molina lives in New York City.[2]

In addition to working at Fox News Channel, she is attending graduate school at Columbia University.[3]
