Legit is an American comedy television series created by Jim Jefferies and Peter O'Fallon. The series premiered on January 17, 2013 on the American cable television network FX.[1] Jeffries, O'Fallon, Rick Cleveland, and Lisa Blum serve as the show's executive producers.[1]

Jim Jefferies wants to follow the wish of his mother and tries to become more "legit". He takes on the life of his best friend Steve's brother Billy (DJ Qualls), who suffers from Muscular Dystrophy, is paralyzed from the waist down and has never had sex in his life. Jefferies goes on a road trip with Steve and Billy and takes them both to a brothel where Billy can lose his virginity.
