Lamb fries are lamb testicles used as food.

One popular dish in the United States serves them breaded and fried.

Lamb testicles are served in a variety of cuisines, including Italian, [1] American[2] Basque,[3] barbecue, Chinese,[4] Caucasian,[5] Turkish,[6] etc.

Lamb fries, often served in a cream gravy, are a traditional dish in the Bluegrass region of Kentucky.[7]

In the movie Funny Farm, the main character, Andy Farmer (played by Chevy Chase), breaks the local record of 28 by eating 30 lamb fries, only to discover what they were and spit the 31st out in revulsion.
