KPKK (101.1 FM) is a radio station licensed to Amargosa Valley, Nevada, USA. The station serves the Las Vegas Valley area. The station is currently owned by Sky Media, LLC and was silent as of February 2008.[1]

History

The station went on the air as KPUP on 2000-08-02. on 2003-07-22, the station changed its call sign to the current KPKK.[2]

According to FCC records, the station ceased broadcasting in February 2008 due to "adverse financial conditions". The latest request to remain silent was filed in September 2008, but has not been approved by the FCC. As of January 2012, the station's license is still active.
