Jesse Garon Presley (January 8, 1935-January 8, 1935) was Elvis Presley's stillborn identical twin brother.
Stillborn to Gladys Love Presley (née Smith) and Vernon Elvis Presley, his existence was unknown to Elvis until the twins' 7th birthday in 1942 when Elvis heard Vernon and Gladys crying. Elvis had apparently consumed a majority of the nutrients in their mother's uterus, making Jesse's survival chances slim. His stillbirth was confirmed almost immediately after his birth (Elvis was born 35 minutes after Jesse was).
As Elvis became famous throughout the world, almost nobody knew about Jesse's stillbirth, as his younger brother's fame overshadowed his death at birth. Jesse was minutes old when his death was pronounced (he was most likely dead before he was removed from the womb of his mother).
