On September 23, 2013, Cher performed "I Hope You Find It" along with her hit single "Believe" and the album's lead single "Woman's World" as the part of the Today Show concert series. Cher performed "I Hope You Find It" a day later on CBS's Late Show with David Letterman, she also perform the song on the morning show ´´Live With Kelly And Michael´´ and then in Europe on Wetten Dass...?. On October 13, 2013, Cher also performed the song live onThe X Factor UK. She also perform on france tv program ´´Vivement Dimanche´´ to promote the song. Cher was a guest onThe Graham Norton Showon October 25, 2013 on which she gave a live performance of the song. She also closed the eighth week episode of Dancing With Stars with a performance of the song.
To further promote the single, Cher released a lyric video for the song on her official YouTube channel. The video was uploaded on September 24, 2013 and it has since gathered over 800,000 views. It is based on letters and cards Cher is leaving for her lover, upon her departure. It also includes her handwriting. The video was well received by the media, Yahoo!
