Holy Rosary Church is a historic Roman Catholic church in the Little Italy neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. It is the center of the annual Feast of the Assumption festival.

It was built in 1905 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. The parish began as a nationality parish and would only include persons of Italian descent as parishioners. However, such requirements were relinquished in the late 20th century and the parish is open to membership for any Roman Catholic in the Cleveland Diocese.
