Dole Whip is a soft serve frozen dessert available most notably in Disneyland at Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room originally, and later in Walt Disney World (at Aloha Isle in the Magic Kingdom, and Captain Cook's at the Polynesian Resort),[1] as well as at the Dole Plantation[2] and Unified Enterprises Corp. in Hawaii.[3][4] It is also available at mainland Lappert's Ice Cream stores. The mix provided by Unified Enterprises Corp. comes in six different flavors: Pineapple, Orange, Mango, Raspberry, Chocolate, and Vanilla, but the Disney parks only supply three flavors: Pineapple, Orange, and Vanilla.[5]

"Dole Whip" is a puree reconstituted with water and then frozen before serving.[6]

The "Dole Whip" has the following ingredients: Water, Sugar, Dextrose, Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Coconut Oil, Stabilizers (Cellulose, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean, Karaya Gum, Pectin), Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking), Corn Syrup Solids, Citric Acid, Sodium Caseinate (A Milk Derivative), Artificial Flavor, Potassium & Sodium Phosphate, Mono & Diglycerides, Artificial Color (Yellow 5 & 6), Soy Lecithin .[7]

It is reported, that duringChristmas holiday, and the days surrounding the holiday, Disney's parks feature colored versions of the product that appear to be green and red, opposed to their ordinary yellow and white color.[8]
