Chick Harris is an American football coach and former player. He has been the running backs coach for the Houston Texans on the National Football League (NFL) since team's inception in 2002. He became the sole longest tenured coach on the team when Joe Marciano was fired on December 6, 2013.[1] However, his status of being the outright longest tenured coach in Houston Texans history was short lived as he was fired himself, by new head coach Bill O'Brien less than a month later.[2]
